5. Verification Process

RentTrust verifies rental relationships through two-party confirmation or submitted evidence. A "verified" status indicates that both parties have acknowledged the rental relationship, or that supporting documentation has been provided—not that the content of reviews has been independently verified.

6. Dispute Resolution

Users may dispute reviews they believe are inaccurate or violate our Community Guidelines. RentTrust will review disputes on a case-by-case basis but is not obligated to remove or modify content unless it clearly violates our policies or applicable law.

7. Account Termination

RentTrust reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the platform in any way.
